What is the Silva UltraMind ESP System?

Jose Silva's UltraMind ESP System is a training program, to help you develop a new skill: ESP, also known as clairvoyance, psychic ability, etc.

You do this by going through a "course of instruction" and practice a series of mental training exercise. Mr. Silva described them as mental calisthenics.

You need to do them in order, because each one builds on what you experienced in previous lessons.

Mr. Silva said that the most important thing people learn in the course is "psychism," the ability to use ESP to detect and correct more problems, and help make the world a better place to live.

All you need to do is to follow the instructions, and stick with it. As with anything else, some people learn faster and some of us learn slower. I have never been the fastest, but I am persistent.

The old Silva Mind Control course from the 1960's started with a series of self-improvement techniques, because people didn't believe in ESP back then. Once we learned that we could use our mind to solve problems, we were willing to give the ESP training a try.
